Sadly passed away on 23rd September 2021, aged 63 years. He will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Hi there. I knew Andre at St Nicholas Primary, and then at MCS. So I remember his dad, Cyril, and his mum Mary.. Although Andre and I lost touch, Mary always sent us Christmas cards, and also birthday cards for our four kids! She was very good friends with my mum, (also Mary) and they were both heavily involved in the Old Marston WI. I am so sorry to hear of Andre’s untimely passing, and I hope you have many happy memories of him which will be a great comfort to you.

Very sad to hear the news that Andre has passed away. We worked at RM together many years ago, and I often think of the laughs we used to have back then. We lost touch over the years, but I’ll always remember Andre with fond memories, as will many of the ex-RMers that knew him. My thoughts are with Cindy and his close friends at this difficult time.

I also worked with André at RM back in the day, I remember him as such a friendly and approachable person, it was a pleasure to work with him, he was always willing to help and share his experience with me. So sorry to hear this sad news, thinking of his family and friends at this difficult time.

I have just learned of Andre’s sad death from the parish magazine. Like Pete, I too worked closely with Andre at RM for many years. A more friendly, courteous and helpful colleague you couldn’t wish to meet. I’ve sadly lost touch over the years but I do remember chatting to him on one of his many walks around Deddington. My condolences to Cindy and all who remember him.

Like many here I worked with Andre at RM for more than 20 years. I only learnt this weekend of his passing and again like so many people here I can only say what a kind and helpful person Andre was. He always made you feel involved and was great fun to be around and was always respected for his commitment and compassion. My deepest condolences.
