Flowers can say so much. It’s why the natural beauty of flowers has been used to express their sympathy and emotions during bereavement for centuries – a living tribute to your loved one.

If you wish to have some flowers present at the funeral of your loved one we can assist you with this as much or as little as you wish.

Often friends and family who are organising the funeral will request, either through ourselves or independently, flowers to adorn the coffin.

And if you wish to give people the opportunity to make a charitable donation in memory of your loved one we provide a button to donate to the charity of your choice via your loved one’s obituary here on our website, as well as placing an offertory box at the funeral and accept donations for around six weeks following.

Your preferences will be included in your loved one’s obituary on our forthcoming funerals page. For example, whether there is to be a donation fund with only flowers from the family, or whether you would perhaps prefer to give people the option of bringing flowers.

If you wish to organise flowers yourself we will also be able to recommend several local florists who will give you the highest level of care.

If anyone would like to make a donation to your charity via cheque, this should be made payable to Humphris Funerals Donation Fund. Send to: 32 Albert Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire. OX16 5DG

Around six weeks following the funeral we will contact you to advise you of the amount raised and seek your permission to forward the fund to your chosen charity. Alternatively you may wish to do this yourself in person, in which case we will provide you with any information you require.
